A truly professional service and a great car.
Buying a car can be very frustrating and seeing the car I was looking for advertised by a dealer I didn't know and 80 miles away I wondered if it was going to be a wasted journey. Our E mails and phone calls back and forth gave me more confidence in spite of having a part exchange involved. I am glad I decided to follow it through. On arrival it was a refreshingly pleasant experience with Daniel the proprietor. The car was exactly as described prepared and ready. No pressure no haggling with part exchange deal agreed on the phone. Just as it should be but rarely is in the motor trade. Fair purchase price and and equally fair part exchange allowance. I have a second car to purchase and I will be returning as soon as they have found what I am looking for. A reputable company to deal with.

Nissan Juke sale.
We travelled from Norfolk to Essex to view a car being sold by someone else, however it was not what we expected. Before travelling home we had a look online and found Trade direct, we contacted Daniel regarding a car he was selling, he answered promptly and was more than happy to meet us. We loved the car! It Was very clean, of a high standard, and A great price. Daniel was really friendly and professional and He was more than happy to see us on such short notice on a Sunday. Not pushy at all! I saw this car before viewing others, then decided this was the car for me only to be disappointedly told by Daniel he had a deposit on it but promised to call/text if the buyer changed his mind, however, the buyer never came on the day and as promised, Daniel texted me to say the car's mine. I called him and immediately said I am on my way to do the sale transaction. I could not be more pleased. Daniel is an absolute gentleman to do business with. Despite lockdown he never pressured me into buying and allowed me all the time I initially needed to peruse and test drive the car when I first viewed it. After doing the transfer Daniel duly had the V5 document transferred online and emailed me the sale invoice. I highly recommend Trade Direct and asking for Daniel from the Epping branch.
